Lisa is a highly experienced real estate and administration professional with a career spanning more than three decades. She began her journey in the property industry in 1988 with the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania (REIT), where she spent ten years working across a variety of departments including administration, training, and research. Her time at the REIT provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and its standards, forming a strong foundation for her future success in real estate.

Following her tenure at the REIT, Lisa joined McGregor’s First National, where she dedicated the next 22 years to sales administration. Her exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational abilities, and commitment to excellence quickly made her an indispensable member of the team. When McGregor’s closed its doors, Lisa continued her career with First National Kingston and Hobart, a dual-location office, where she further refined her skills and built a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and energy.

Lisa has been an integral part of the Ripple Realty team since August 2024. Her wealth of knowledge, extensive industry experience, and proactive approach make her a valued team member who consistently supports both colleagues and clients with efficiency and care. Lisa’s professionalism and approachable nature are reflected in her strong relationships and the respect she has earned across the Tasmanian real estate community.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending quality time with her family and her much-loved dog, Milly. She is also a passionate craft enthusiast who finds creativity and relaxation through her handmade projects.
