Our Ripple experience was entirely positive. I have sold only one property using an agent in the past and was so disappointed with the agent’s performance that I sold the next two properties myself with support. However in selling our Mother’s home and the family home we grew up in, we needed an agent that we could rely on to do this emotionally difficult job on behalf of my brother and I. Mel was very supportive and sensitive to our situation (only recently having lost our Mother). Mel also always did exactly as she said she would – such an important quality in my view. She always let us know in advance when she was showing someone through the property and always rang to pass on the feedback. Her attention to detail, her preparedness to put in the hard yards and keeping us fully informed throughout the whole sale process, checked all the boxes for us. Mel was extremely flexible in meeting the needs of potential purchasers, showing them through the property as late as 5.30pm and as early as 7.00am!
